The MUSEUM OF THE AMERICAS is a non profit institution (Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Tax Code) founded in Miami, Florida, in September 1991.

 

Since 1991, the Museum of the Americas has exhibited in other museums, galleries, public and private institutions, universities and art fairs in more than 40 countries with artists representing near 80 nations. We have of over 5,000 artists registered.

 

The Museum has a permanent collection of more than 800 original donated works by more than 700 artists.

 

The institution has received several accolades and international rewards.

 

Since its inception the Museum has developed support programs for emerging artists. Among them: International Promotion of Artists, International exhibitions; Artists Certification and books publishing.

 

This year the Museum inaugurated its Virtual Gallery where it offers up for sale works by renowned artists from America, Asia and Europe.
